Chyron and TrackVision Collaboration Delivers World’s First Wireless Real-Time Virtual Production

Complete IBC Virtual Set Demonstration Supported by Ikan, ProCyc, Stype and UberDisplays

MELVILLE, N.Y., September 14,  2026 — Chyron announced today the successful implementation of the world’s first wireless real-time virtual production in collaboration with TrackVision. Debuted at IBC 2026 in Amsterdam, the workflow features the transmission of detailed camera tracking data to Chyron VSAR to significantly streamline and elevate virtual production.

The wireless delivery of relevant, detailed camera and lens metadata embedded within frame accurate timecode stamps, enabled by the unique TrackVision to Chyron VSAR protocol, makes this workflow exceptionally powerful. In addition to X, Y and Z positional data, this integration provides data for roll, tilt, zoom, focus, lens distortion, and focal distance. For this IBC demonstration, wireless delivery has been provided by TVU Networks.

The complete demonstration included teleportation –  bringing a remote presenter into a studio set – as well as integration with other products in the Chyron portfolio including AXIS (maps and charts) and Chyron Weather.
