All of Chyron’s products are offered with support, license and maintenance agreements (SLMA). SLMAs provide access to Chyron’s Customer Success Team, repair or replacement of defective parts / system components, and access to software service packs for issue resolution. Our maintenance agreements help you accurately predict service and maintenance costs, eliminate specialized technical training and staffing, and minimize your spare parts inventory.
