We are currently looking for a new Operations Specialist to join our team in Cologne, Germany. If you are a reliable, communicative team player and you see yourself in the logistics area, this position might suit you. We need someone who will be able to organize the scheduling of the shifts for our freelance workers for football games all around Europe.

Previous experience from personal management (ideally from media industry)

Contracting & Collecting personal forms and changed personal information
Control and storage of deployment contracts for each shift (~80 each week)
Instruct the german accountancy firm when to register new freelancers (provide them with contract documents) and when to deregister
Booking of ~40 freelance mobile operators based on their skills and experience
Intensive operator contact and elaborate logistic planning due to availabilities, personal preferences, overnight travel and flying with excess luggage
Updating the digital and transparent schedule with fixed shifts
Monthly provided overviews for the german accountancy firm: updated personal information (address, status and bank details), salary information of Arena operators (including travel costs) and hourly paid QC operators
Collecting and checking travel reports and receipts
Working with the Timesheet and making adjustments
Full time employment (40hours) in stable international company
Salary € 38000 plus bonus
Flexible working hours (after trial period)
