Reading, UK - August 7, 2008: Chyron (AMEX:CGS) has today announced that Nigeria based broadcaster, Channels TV, Lagos has purchased an LEX² graphics system for its 24/7 local news channel.  The installation was carried out as part of a major upgrade by JVC Professional Europe. 

The LEX², featuring Chyron's Lyric PRO advanced creation and playout application, provides Channels TV, Lagos with sophisticated graphics for channel branding, seamless creation to playout, real-time 2D/3D animation and a host of hardware and software features.
